Jayantha Fernando is currently working as the Director & Legal Advisor at ICT Agency of Sri Lanka.[1] He represents Sri Lanka in ICANN's Governmental Advisory Committee.[2]
Mr. Fernando is a member of the Registry Services Technical Evaluation Panel, which is a technical body within ICANN's GNSO.[3]
Work
He played a pivotal role in the formulation of many of the IT-related legislation in Sri Lanka. Fernando has over 14 years of local and international experience in ICT law.
