Keuk MengLeang is the Founding Secretary of ISOC Cambodia,[1] he helped co-found the chapter in September, 2010.[2]
Mr. MengLeang's current work with Cambodian ISOC includes training ISPs, banks, corporations, universities, and general Internet users. He is also researching software for the government to more effectively manage their ccTLD, .kh. He has over a decade of experience working with an ISP.
He also works at Data Communications Co., Ltd.[3]
