Muhammed Rudman is the CEO of the Internet eXchange Point of Nigeria (IXPN), Nigeria's first and only neutral IXP. He is also the current President of NiRA, the .ng registry, as well as the DNS Administrator contact for Nigeria. He is interested in DNS and DNSSEC.
Rudman is a member of ccNSO and has worked in a technical capacity with many Nigerian ISPs.
His primary interest in attending ICANN conferences is to learn about global domain, registry, and registrar trends, focusing especially on security issues. He is also interested in IDN, especially as it relates to Nigeria, given the country's various languages and dialects.
Muhammed speaks three languages: English, Hausa, and Arabic.[1]
