Eyvaz Alishov is the International Relations Manager and ICT policy adviser from Azerbaijan and currently living in Finland.
He was born on the 11th of March 1982 in Azerbaijan. He got his bachelor of international relations degree from Baku State University, Azerbaijan and master of international relations degree from Ege University, Turkey. Eyvaz speaks Azeri, English, Russian, Turkish and Finnish languages.
He previously worked as a leading/chief adviser at the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies (Azerbaijan)| 2009 – 2014 and as an adviser at the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan | 2014 – 2015.
