Khoudia Gueye Sy is the Head of Network and Internet Services Division at the University Cheikh Anta DIOP. She manages the DNS servers for .sn as well as the campus network.[1]

She is CCAI-certified. Ms. Gueye serves as a CCNA tutor at UCAD. She is a member of the ISOC Senegal and the Senegal IPv6 forum.[2]

She attends AfriNIC, AfNOG,[3] IGF[4] and IETF[5] meetings. She was a Fellow at ICANN Nairobi[6] and been selected to be a fellow at the ICANN Singapore in 2011.[7] She was chosen to receive the Abha Ahuja Award to attend the next RIPE 61 meeting in 2011.[8]

Education

Ms. Gueye holds a Master's degree Computer Science (2000) and another Master's degree in Telecommunications and Computer Sciences (2009).[9] She took ACRP in 2008.[10]
