Francis Behanzin Awagbe is the Inspector General of the Ministry of the Interior and Public Security for the nation of Benin. He is also the Controller General of the national police. He is involved in Cybersecurity discussions within ICANN, and the IHEDN (Institute of Higher National Defence Studies).[1] Notable work has included securing the safe transfer of the remains of a local Prince,[2] and he has also traveled to the Vatican and met personally with the Pope.[3]
