Dina Solveig Jalkanen is member of NCSG, At-Large Technology task force (TTF), GNSO-RDS-PDP-WG and Cross Community Committee on Accessibility, focusing on First Nations involvement. Also interested in Universal Acceptance and goodwill towards responsible disclosure of security vulnerabilities.

Dina Solveig wrote her first Public Comment on Draft Framework for Registry Operators to Respond to Security Threats.

Member of EFF and FSFE, Dina Solveig is contributing FOSS and digital rights perspective to ICANN. She is also member of CCC Amsterdam and Amsterdam hackerspace TechInc.

Personal[edit | edit source]

Dina Solveig Jalkanen holds Master's degree from Helsinki University and Aalto University School of Business, where she studied computer science, mathematics, networking and English. In her free time Dina enjoys reading lengthy documentation and reading Terry Pratchett novels.

Supporter of Canadian First Nations, especially youth involvement in technology and organizer of several hacker events.
