Judith Duavit Vazquez is the Founder and Chairman of PHCOLO Inc. and a former member of the ICANN Board from 2011 to 2013. She was elected by the Nominating Committee, and began her position following the 2011 Annual Meeting in Dakar, Senegal.[1] She resigned from her position on the Board in October 2013.[2] Vazquez is a member of the Pacific Telecommunications Council (PTC), the Asia Pacific Network Information Centre (APNIC), and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).[3]
