Xinsheng Zhang is the Secretary General of the China Institution of Communication, and he holds particular interests in Internet Governance and IPv6. He is involved with ICANN through ATRT2.[1]
He is a regular ICANN meeting attendee, and as of November 2013, has attended more than six conferences.[1]
