Steve Chan is the Policy Director of GNSO Support at ICANN.[1] As Policy Director, he supports the GNSO PDP functions and the broader ICANN community.[2] He was previously the gTLD Process & Integration Manager at ICANN, starting in 2008.[3] He was responsible for coordinating gTLD processes for new and renewing gTLD applications.[2]
