Education
Ken graduated from the University of Toronto in 1961 with degrees in Engineering and Physics.[2]
Career History
Prior to founding Tenac in 1997, Fockler was the president of CA*net Networking Inc, a federally incorporated non-profit organization of regional networks that came together to create and manage a national backbone network in Canada. From 1992 to 1997 he served on the board of directors of CANARIE, the Canadian Network for the Advancement of Research, Industry and Education.
