Dr. Etuate Cocker was a PhD student at the University of Auckland.^[1] and now a Team Lead at the largest ISP in New Zealand - Spark N.Z. During his time at the University of Auckland, he conducted extensive research on solution for improving throughput on high latency satellite connections.
