The registrant may be a legal entity or natural person. By entering a contractual relationship, and registering a domain name, the registrant explicitly declares and certifies that, to the best of their knowledge, the registration of the desired domain name does not infringe the intellectual property rights or other subjective right of a third party, and that all information provided in the registration application is truthful and complete.
