Edgardo Krell is the Operations and Systems Manager of NIC Chile, where he is in charge of all technical aspects of keeping the ccTLD, .cl, live. He has held this position since 2000.[1]
Edgardo is a member of LACTLD.
Mr. Krell is one of the 4 people involved in sending and receiving the first email in Chile, 3 out of 4 of these pioneers currently work at NIC Chile.[2]
