Raul Echeberria has served as the Executive Director of LACNIC since 2002.[1] He is also currently the Chair of the Board of Trustees for ISOC.[2]
ICANN Involvement
Raul has been a member of the board of ENRED, member of the DNC 1999, and Chairman of LACNIC from 2000 and 2002. He was also a researcher for the NAIS Project at the University of Oxford from 2000-2001, and program coordinator and APC ICT Policy Monitor for Latin America and the Caribbean in 2002.
