Ashley Heineman is the Telecom Policy Specialist, Office of International Affairs and DNSSEC Program Manager at NTIA.[1] She has expertise ICANN (ASO, SSAC), IETF, DNSSEC, .us, .edu, IANA issues.[2] Previously she worked as the Manager, International Affairs at Telecommunications Industry Association. She has studied from Old Dominion University and George Mason University.[3] In 2010 she attended the OARC Prague workshop.[4]
