Wes Hardaker is a senior computer scientist at USC/ISI, a member of RSSAC as the USC/ISI root server representative, and is a member of the Internet Architecture Board (IAB). He conducts DNS related research, authors IETF DNS and other standards documents, and is an active advocate for deploying DNSSEC (frequently running the "DNSSEC For Beginners" session).
