Olga Kyryliuk is an expert in International Law, and Co-founder of the Ukrainian-based NGO Digital Defenders Partners. She is currently working as a Legal Analyst with the Danish Refugee Council. An experienced lawyer, with interests ranging from privacy, freedom of expression, human rights online to cybersecurity and Internet governance. She possesses a broad range of abilities, including multiple languages as well as research and analytical skills.
International law and technology became the focus of her Ph.D. research. She’s worked with both governmental authorities and the Council of Europe Office in Kiev, providing qualified legal expertise and consultancy. She is also engaged in training others to increase the cooperation of experts, state authorities and the academic community.
