Tony Holmes is currently the chairman at ISP (Internet Service Providers) and ISPCSP (Internet Service and Connectivity Providers) Constituency, but he also works as consultant at BT (British Telecom) Group PLC.

Even if Tony Holmes is a consultant within BT Group PLC, this does not influence his work and relationship with ICANN. None of the organizations with which Tony Holmes cooperates are not in conflict with ICANN.
Being an elected representative of the ISP and Connectivity Providers Constituency to the GNSO, Tony Holmes is also in contact with the ICANN. But, he is not an employee of ICANN. [2]
