We are partnering with nTLDStats to provide a robust and comprehensive resource on New gTLDs. By integrating their statistics into our site, we are creating a resource that will make the domain name industry more accessible and demystify the world of New gTLDs.

The userbox (pictured left) now features statistics such as registrations and parked domains, as well as important dates relating to each TLD. you will also find more factual information on each TLDs article and more statistics on ntldstats.com.

Our aim is to ensure that the DNS remains a secure, stable, open and healthy resources for everyone.

Acronym of the Week

The Generic Names Supporting Organization (GNSO) brings together smaller stakeholder groups, which in turn bring together constituencies and other groups, together into one Supporting Organization to develop policies, form consensus, and make recommendations related to gTLDs to the ICANN Board. This body was previously known as the Domain Name Supporting Organization (DNSO), which it replaced in 2003.
