Sherif El Tokali is an ICT4D/SSC specialist at the United Nations Development Program, Egypt and is responsible for the Egypt ICT trust fund and other ICT for Development projects in addition to his work on South-South cooperation (SSC) and Persons with Disabilities (PWD). He joined the UNDP in Egypt in 1991. He received an MBA degree in Information Systems, Maastricht School of Management, Netherlands, in 1996, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Cairo University, Egypt, in 1986. Mr. El-Tokali started his professional career in the private sector. As South-South cooperation specialist Mr. El-Tokali facilitates knowledge sharing and best practice dissemination across the Arab region and inter-regionally.
