Eugenio Pinto works at FCCN, Foundation for National Scientific Computing. The FCCN is the official manager of Portugal's .pt registry. Eugenio Goncalves Pinto is also a member of IETF, and is involved in subjects such as EPP domain transfer. [1]

Eugenio Pinto, along with Sara Monteiro, presented the "Approach to DNSSEC by the use of Dynamic Updates" at the 2008 ICANN meeting in Paris.[5]
