NIDA (National Internet Development Agency of Korea) is a subsidiary organization under the Ministry of Information and Communication in South Korea responsible in the allocation and maintenance of the Ipv4/Ipv6 address space, Whois, Autonomous system Numbers and the .kr country code top-level domain (ccTLD).On July 30, 2004, the organization was created when the Korean government enacted the Article 9 of the Internet Address Resources Act.[1]
