Christian Wichard is the Deputy Director General at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).[1]
He holds a masters degree from Harvard Law School, and a Ph.D. in law from Tübingen University, Germany. He has previously worked for trademark and unfair competition law in the German Federal Ministry of Justice, and also taught German and international private law at the Universities of Tübingen and Berlin.
