Winfried Boeing is the Academic Dean at the International University in Geneva, a financial advisor to CORE on top level domains, and the founder and owner of Netflyer Information Systems.[1]

Dr. Boeing was educated in Germany and obtained a Master degree in Business Administration from the University of Cologne in 1984. He finished his Ph.D. with Magna Cum Laude from the University of Cologne, and specialized in Informatics, Economics, and Auditing. [2] He has served as chairman of IAAIA and in several board appointments in IT companies and start-ups. His special areas of expertise include the intersection of finance and IT, and engagements in start-up finance.
