He founded El Niño Productions, an entertainment company and has the experience of arranging shows at places like Dakar and Sinuila. Mr. Ndiaye was a stage manager at the Black World Festival in 2010. Alassane Insa Babylas Ndiaye is an Expert in Arts & Culture, Event Planning, Implementation of New Markets.[1] He founded Arts & Culture Consulting in January, 2011, and he utilizes ICT to promote unsigned artists. He is a member of ISOC Senegal. Mr. Ndiaye is himself an artistic photographer.[2] He is also a councilman on the Goree Island, a member of ADAFEST (Senegalese Association of Festivals and Broadcasters) and the West Africa project manager of Africa Unsigned.[3]
