Alassane Insa Babylas Ndiaye is an Expert in Arts & Culture, Event Planning, and the Implementation of New Markets.[1] He founded Arts & Culture Consulting in January, 2011, and he utilizes ICT to promote unsigned artists.[2] He is a member of ISOC Senegal. Mr. Ndiaye is himself an artistic photographer.[3] He is also a councilman on the Goree Island, a member of ADAFEST (Senegalese Association of Festivals and Broadcasters), and the West Africa project manager of Africa Unsigned.[4]
Mr. Ndiaye was born and raised in Dakar. Aside from being an Arts-Culture campaigner, he is also an artist. He started working as a graphic artist at Media Monde in 2002. He founded El Niño Productions, an entertainment company, and has the experience of arranging shows at places like Dakar and Sinuila. Mr. Ndiaye was a stage manager at the Black World Festival in 2010. He studied at the Senegalese Academy of Arts for two years working on visual arts.[4]
