Jeff Neuman is the Vice President of Business Affairs[1] at NeuStar, Inc., and a GNSO councilor at ICANN. He completed his J.D. in law from The George Washington University Law School in 1997, after completing a B.A. in Labor and Industrial Relations Science in 1994.

He worked as an attorney at Greenberg Traurig from 1999-2000, prior to which he was an attorney at Arter & Hadden.
