Alfredo López Hernández is the Academic Program Director at the Universidad Autónma de Colombia and a consultant with Red Internacional de Diseño (enREDo). He has been with the University since 2001 and with enREDo since 2010.[1] Mr. Hernández is involved in ICANN's LACRALO, and ISOC Colombia.[2] His work involves representing Internet users and supporting political action and Internet governance that supports the end user.

enREDo is a non-profit organization that aims to promote and support professionals involved in network design, architecture, and ICT.[3] It is involved in [ALS|[At-Large]] and LACRALO activities within ICANN.[4]
