Jean-Christophe Vignes is the Founder, Member of the Board, and former CEO of OpenRegistry. He currently serves as Senior Counsel for the domain name practice at French law firm Caprioli & Associés.[1]

He is also the former Vice-Chair of the Registrar Stakeholder Group at ICANN.[2]


He is a lawyer by training and serves as a Legal Advisor at eBrand Services. He is also an arbitrator within the Czech Arbitration Court.[3]

Mr. Vignes was part of the organizational team for ICANN Paris.[4]
