Martin Pablo Silva Valent is an independent lawyer in Argentina, Partner at Silva.legal [1] and Co-founder of the NGO Datas.[2] He is also a Professor and Researcher on Internet Goverance and is Councilor for the Civil Society at the IGF Argentina.[3]
Silva's first ICANN Meeting was ICANN 48 in Buenos Aires, where he attended as an Honorary Fellow. He also participated as an ICANN Fellow at ICANN 54 in Dublin and ICANN 50 in London. For ICANN 51 in Los Angeles, he was an Alumni Leader in the Fellowship Program, where he was nominated for the for the ExCom position of Secretariat at the NPOC Constituency as a member for AGEIA DENSI.[4]
Silva also attended the second NCHP meeting in Washington on January 2015 and is an active member in the LAC community and the Academy Working Group.[4]
