This work resulted in the creation of a Youth Coalition on Internet Governance. Rafik Dammak is a Computer Engineer at NTT Communications, and served on ICANN's 2013 NomCom, where he represented the NCUC. He was also elected to be the chair for NCSG starting from AGM 2013.[1]
ICANN
Rafik was on ICANN's GNSO council, where he represented the NCSG; his tenure began at ICANN's 2009 Seoul Conference and went through ICANN 45 in Toronto.[2]
He has been involved in a number of working groups, and is a member of Executive and Policy Committees within the NCSG.[3] and He is co-chair of the new gTLD Applicant Supporting Working Group.
