In a letter dated December 8th, 2011, Elliot Noss, along with twenty-seven other domain name industry representatives, wrote to Sen. Jay Rockefeller and Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison to support ICANN's new gTLD program, in response to the Senate Hearings taking place on the same day. He began as CEO of Tucows Delaware in 1999 after having served as Vice President of Corporate Services of Tucows Interactive Ltd. from 1997 until the company was acquired by Tucows Delaware in May 1999.[4]
Education
He completed his B.A. from the University of Toronto and his M.B.A. and L.L.B. from the University of Western Ontario.[5]
