Jorgen Samuelsson is the Head of Section for the Swedish Ministry of Enterprise, Energy and Communications.[1]

Jorgen Samuelsson is also a member of Permanent Representation of Sweden to the European Union, where he acts as a Counsellor of IT, Telecommunications and Postal Affairs.[2]

Jorgen has participated in ICANN Lisbon and ICANN Brussels. He was also a participant at the WSIS Geneva, 2003 [3].
