HAMAL Oussama is a PhD student about (Internet of things, eLearning, MOOCn smart grids, Data Analytics ) and  Techno-Pedagogical Engineer, he has a past work experience in IT companies as a Junior Project Manager, where he planned and coordinated a number of projects.
