Prof. Dr. Oussama is an accomplished AI researcher holding a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence from Mohamadia School of Engineers, EMI Rabat. His expertise lies in modeling, solving, and optimizing intelligent systems.

With a focus on using AI in education, Smart campus - IoT, Architecture-Smart city, BIM, medical diagnostics-eHealth, eAgriculture, sentiment analysis, NLP, and chatbots, he has made significant contributions to these fields.

His mastery spans Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Mining, and Big Data, reflected in numerous publications in esteemed international journals and conferences. Alongside his Ph.D., Oussama holds a Master's in Information Systems Architecture from the University Capitol and Paul Sabatier in Toulouse, France, and a Master's in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University Abdelmalek Sadi in Tetouan.[1]

  • Guest Speaker at the Fourth Edition of the Arab Internet Governance Forum AIGF4, Beirut-Lebanon, under the umbrella of the ESCWA-UN: I had the chance to contribute as a speaker about " the opportunities and challenges regarding sustainable development achievement through social capital. " Moroccan case, December 2015.

Education

Online capacity building program on Internet Governance Middle East special edition organized by Hivos Program IGMENA in collaboration with DiploFoundation, September to November 2015.
