Lori Anne Wardi
Lori Anne Wardi is Vice President of Registry Services at Neustar, Inc., where she oversees business development and strategy for Neustar’s top-level domains. Working along-side the Mayor’s Office of Tech + Innovation of the City of New York, Lori Anne is currently the General Manager overseeing the launch and management of the .nyc domain, the official web address for New Yorkers.
Previously, Lori Anne was a co-founder of .CO Internet S.A.S, the company behind the global launch and management of the .CO domain extension, which was acquired by Neustar, Inc. in 2014. Known the world over as the domain for innovators and entrepreneurs, there are currently millions of .CO domain names registered by individuals and businesses in more than 200 countries and territories worldwide, including internet behemoths and like Google (g.co), Twitter (t.co), Amazon (a.co) and Snapchat (s.co).
Ms. Wardi began her career as an attorney at a nationally recognized law firm, dealing mostly with labor and employment law.<ref>[http://www.linkedin.com/in/loriannewardi LinkedIn]</ref> After 5 years as a lawyer she went on to become the Global Manager for Training and Development for the Technology Division of Goldman Sachs.<ref>[http://www.linkedin.com/in/loriannewardi LinkedIn] </ref> She was responsible for all aspects of the company's career development, leadership development, executive coaching, performance management and professional training efforts.
