Raul Echeberria is the Executive Director of LACNIC (Internet Address Registry for Latin America and Caribbean) since 2002.[1] Currently he is also the Chair of the Board of Trustees at ISOC.[2]
ICANN Involvement
Raul was a member of the board of Latin American Network Forum (ENRED), member of the Domain Name Council of ICANN in 1999, Chairman of LACNIC between 2000 and 2002, Researcher at the University of Oxford with NAIS Project during the years 2000-2001 and program coordinator APC ICT Policy Monitor in Latin America and the Caribbean in 2002.
