Hamida Benlemlih is the Directeur Certification et Gestion du Domaine ".ma" at Agence Nationale de Réglementation des Télécommunications (ANRT).[1]
She has been to over six ICANN Meetings and was an attendee at the ICANN Marrakesh, 2006.[2][3] She has also attended IGF and WSIS.[3]
