Khaled Koubaa has a technical, management and policy experience in Internet with more than 10 years international experience. Public-speaking experience and familiarity with Internet technologies and the policy and political environments that surround them. Advise on strategic issues involving the intersection of business, technology, and public policy in the Internet, domain names, IP Address, e-commerce, and Telecommunication. Previously, Khaled worked as Head of Government Relations and Public Policy MENA at Google.[1]
