Russell Bean is an engineer with managerial experience and a business, IT and telecoms background, utilizing experience gained from both university and working for a large multinational and a major player in the telecommunications world. Proven track record within both customer facing and technology driven departments. Good motivator and team leader with excellent communication skills, innovative, extremely resourceful and ability to learn quickly. Readily accepts responsibility and has high self-standards and levels motivation. Long term serving member of ISOC and founding member of ISOC Panama with a interest in giving back to the community and educating also about freedom of Internet, WiFi in communities and community networks.
