Clement has worked for Orange for over 22 years. He started as an R&D project manager in Sep 1998 and is now the Head of the Naming, Addressing and Numbering Department.[2]
ICANN and Internet Governance Participation[edit | edit source]
Clement has been an ASO council member since January 2018. He has been the Numbering, Addressing and Naming Issues (NANI) Working Group Vice Chair for the European Telecommunications Network Operators' Association (ETNO) since 2017.
Education[edit | edit source]
Clement studied mathematics and statistics at Université Blaise Pascal (Clermont-II), Polytech Clermont-Ferrand, and Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée.[3]
