Juuso Moisander is the Commercial Secretary of Information Society and ICT at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland, Department for External Economic Relations. Juuso Moisander represents Finland in the GAC.^[1]

Juuso is the member of the Commission on Science and Technology for Development of the UNESCO representing Finland.^[2]

He has also served as a Trainee in the Permanent Delegation to the Organization for the Economic Co-operation and Development(OECD) from Finland.^[3]

Juuso Moisander has been elected the alternate member to the Board of ISOC Finland for 2010.^[4]

Juuso was also a participant at the IGF Hyderabad.^[5]
