Jiankang Yao is the Chief Architect on Internationalized Domain Names for CNNIC. He has been working in this position since 2003.
He is one of the Recovery Key Share Holders.[1] He is trusted with the responsibility of keeping the key, which when combined with the rest of its six DNS keys can reboot the Internet.[2]
Education
He holds a Masters Degree from the National University of Singapore.
