Mr. Joshep Leung represented AsiaPay in Annual General Meeting of Hong Kong Internet Registration Corporation HKIRC in 2003 and got elected as a member of board of directors.[1] He is a member of HKIRC Consultative and Advisory Panel (CAP).[2]
Education
He obtained Master Degree of Business Administration from University of Leicester, United Kingdom, master degree of Management of Information Technology from Macquarie University, Australia and Master of Education in Information Technology from the University of Wollongong, Australia.[3]
