Eugenio Pinto works at FCCN, Foundation for National Scientific Computing. FCCN is a private, non-profit institution that is responsible for the maintenance and registry of domain names under the .pt Portugal ccTLD.[1] He has been involved with FCCn since 2006, and is a member of the IETF.[2]
