Sebastian Castro Avila represented Latin America on the ccNSO's IANA Work Group.[1] He currently works as a DNS expert at .nz Registry Services.[2] He formerly represented NIC Chile. Sebastian at ICANN meetings, and workshops.[3] Mr.Castro worked with The Cooperative Association of Internet and Data Analysis to run tests on the NIC Chile's servers; this infomration was able to provide CAIDA with valuable information regarding the stability and condition of the DNS.[4]
