Zak Muscovitch is a Domain Name Lawyer. He has been practising domain name law for ten years.[1] He represents both domain name registrants and trademark owners in connection with Domain Name Disputes.[2][3]

Mr. Muscovitch is the principal partner at The Muscovitch Law Firm.[4] He regularly blogs on DNattorney.com In 2010, he ran for an election for a seat in the CIRA board, [5][6] however, he was not elected.

He is considered Canada's leading domain name lawyer, having worked on more cases than any other lawyer in Canada.[7] He led the UDRP Panel. alongside Chef Patrick at T.R.A.F.F.I.C in 2010.[8]

Education

He holds LLB from York University's Osgoode Hall Law School.[9]
