The ICANN Studienkreis (Study Circle) was initiated by Prof. Wolfgang Kleinwächter[1] as an open network for individuals and constituencies from the private sector, government, academic institutions, the civil society and the media to gather together ever year to take part in a high-level expert seminars on issues regarding ICANN development and internet governance.[2]
