Han Chuan Lee is the Technical Manager of SGNIG at the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore.[1] He has been working in this capacity since 2006; one of his major achievements has been the implementation of DNSSEC for .sg.

Before joining SGNIG, Han Chuan Lee he was the Head of Research & Development at Litespeed Education Pte Ltd.

ICANN & Industry Involvement

Mr. Lee has been the ccNSO observer within the GNSO since 2009; his observer status means he is not considered a full member nor is he given a vote.[2] He has previously participated in the Joint IDN Working Group, APTLD, APNIC, and the CDNC.[3]

Lee attended APTLD meetings in Dubai in 2007,[4] in Beijing in 2009,[5] in Kuala Lumpur in 2010[6] and in Hong Kong in 2011.[7] He also attended ICANN Cartegena De Indias.[8]

Education

Han Chuan holds a Master of Technology in Software Engineering and Project Management from the National University of Singapore.[9]
